Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between George Graham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micheal Angel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Angel is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: DMX. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Micheal Angel!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angel connects with the punch.

Graham dives in and scores a takedown into Angel's guard.
Graham might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Angel can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Graham controls the pace.
Graham tries to free his leg and advance position but Angel is retaining full guard.

Angel has his foot on Graham's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Graham works his way back into a safe position though.

Angel throws a nice looking combination but Graham bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Graham is trying to trip Angel. He has hold of a leg but Angel is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Graham persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of George Graham.
Graham shoots for a double leg takedown but Angel sprawls well. He's pushed Graham's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Angel is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Graham knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Angel wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Graham, who protects the arm well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

We're going to have a standup here because George Graham wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

George Graham has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Graham has managed to clinch.
Angel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Graham shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Angel as he jumps to the side.
No joy there for Angel, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Graham throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Angel's waist but Angel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Graham off to one side.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Graham throws a strike but Angel rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

George Graham showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Graham, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
