The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ewing throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Linford's waist but Linford gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ewing off to one side.

Ewing uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Linford.
Ewing lands a jab to the head.
Ewing stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Linford shoots in and bounces Ewing off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Linford drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ewing manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Linford has Ewing in his guard.

Linford's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jensen Linford will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Ewing is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Ewing is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Linford doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ewing.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jensen Linford.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Linford, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
