The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibson walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
O Sullivan throws a right and a left that both miss.
O Sullivan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gibson.
Nice cross by O Sullivan.
A punch lands to the side of Gibson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Gibson throws a low kick but O Sullivan moves out of range easily.
Gibson ducks right into an uppercut from O Sullivan.
Nice uppercut lands for O Sullivan. That snapped Gibson's head back.
O Sullivan tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Gibson is able to avoid easily.
O Sullivan lands a two punch combo.
Gibson is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
O Sullivan throws a head kick that misses.
Gibson is still on wobbly legs! Can O Sullivan finish him?
O Sullivan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
O Sullivan jabs at Gibson's body.
Gibson is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and O Sullivan moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Patrick O Sullivan!
