Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Luiz Soto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davis Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Black darts in and clinches Soto up against the ropes. Black swings wildly with an uppercut but Soto uses good head movement to avoid it. Soto is trying to trip Black. He has hold of a leg but Black is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Soto persists though and gets the takedown into guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Soto wants to control from the top but Black keeps moving. Soto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Black swivels though and keeps the full guard. Soto passes Black's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Black keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Soto looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's one minute gone in the round. Soto thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Soto is looking to pass Black's guard but actually Black recovers to full guard. Soto stays in close to Black's body and controls the position. Soto preventing the sweep. Black trying to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Soto trying to control but Black is working from the bottom. Black is trying to control the position but Soto postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Soto uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Black. Black displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Soto. Black throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Black keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Black bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Black throws a right hand that misses
and Soto decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Black's guard. Soto trying to control but Black is working from the bottom. Soto controls from within his opponent's guard. Black not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Soto chips away with some ground and pound. Black keeping moving, preventing Soto from controlling successfully. Black throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Soto tries to score a power double leg takedown but Black sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Soto somewhat. Black rushes Soto and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Soto breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Black displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Soto. Black throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Soto sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Black throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Black throws a head kick but Soto moves out of range.
Black throws a solid leg kick but Soto takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Black. Soto misses with a takedown attempt and Black counters with a good, hard body kick but Soto shrugs it off. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Luiz Soto. That's going to take a lot out of him. Soto shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Black tries to reverse the position but Soto maintains control. Soto throws a wild left hand from mount and Black manages to wriggle his way back to half guard. Black wants to get back to full guard but Soto has mounted him!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Black avoids a series of strikes thrown by Soto.
Soto fails to advance to Black's back. Soto trying to control but he's not successful this time. Soto pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Soto throws some wild stikes that Black manages to avoid easily.
Black is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Soto takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Black takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Soto has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Soto looking to secure an arm triangle but Black defends it well. Soto trying to control but Black is having none of it. Soto swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Black is now in Soto's guard. A big mistake from Soto there, giving up the dominant position! Black stopping the sweep attempt from Soto. Luiz Soto overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Soto looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Black puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Soto has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Black is working away from the top position though. Soto tries to roll over but Black keeps him under control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Soto wants to control but Black is keeping busy and won't allow it. Black throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luiz Soto dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Soto scores a takedown into full mount! Soto looking to finish Black with some ground and pound. This is bad for Black! Soto controlling the position easily from mount. Soto raining down hammerfists from mount. Black tries to hold on but Soto pushes him away. Soto with a couple of short strikes. Black tries to hold on but Soto postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Black blocking the ground and pound. Soto connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Soto trying to control but Black is having none of it. Soto avoids the attempt from Black to control. Soto tries to control but Black wriggling away. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Davis Black has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Soto looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Soto throws some wild stikes that Black manages to avoid easily.
Black tries to hold on but Soto postures up. Soto is trying to control here but Black has managed to regain half guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Soto stalling. Soto wants to pass to mount but Black is defending the position. Soto is trying to control the action in half guard but Black is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Black is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Soto pulls his head out easily.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Soto not landing any meaningful shots this time. Soto is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Soto looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
And that's the end of the fight! Luiz Soto showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Soto, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
