Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Keith Hakkney! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Cooperman! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cooperman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Hakkney pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Cooperman gets the takedown into side control. Hakkney is trying to buck Cooperman off. Hakkney is trying to control Cooperman's posture but Cooperman avoids it. Hakkney is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Cooperman tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Cooperman tries to stand but Hakkney controls the position and pulls Cooperman into his guard. Hakkney is controlling Cooperman's posture.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hakkney wants to clinch but Cooperman slips to the side
and Cooperman moves into the clinch. A short right from Cooperman on the inside. Cooperman can't break the clinch.

Hakkney successfully pulls guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Cooperman postures up in Hakkney's guard and throws a big left but Hakkney blocks it. Cooperman would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Cooperman wants to control from the top but Hakkney keeps moving. Cooperman wants to stand and escape but instead Hakkney has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Cooperman working a defensive guard here.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hakkney stands up and waves to Cooperman to follow him. Cooperman throws a head kick that misses. Hakkney is trying hard to land a takedown here. Cooperman sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Hakkney misses with a two punch combination.
Hakkney gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Cooperman to score an easy takedown into full guard. Cooperman is looking to advance position but Hakkney has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
 That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hakkney has isolated one of Cooperman's arms. Cooperman looking to fight him off but Hakkney twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
