Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Faris Othman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Binx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Binx misses with a leg kick and Othman counters with a nice kick to the body. Good work by Othman as he checks the leg kick. Othman misses with a head kick.
Binx throws an off balance right hand
and Othman counters with a good, hard body kick but Binx shrugs it off. Othman throws a head kick that misses and Binx counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Binx throws a nice looking combination but Othman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Othman tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Binx throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Othman. Binx will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Othman throws a head kick that misses. Othman checks a leg kick nicely. Othman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Othman throws a sloppy head kick and Binx moves out of range easily. Othman scores with a head kick.

A left lands for Binx. Binx gets in close and instigates a clinch. Othman tries to break the clinch but Binx is controlling the position. Binx escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Binx tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Othman is able to avoid easily. Othman takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Binx lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Binx smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Othman throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Binx counters with an outside leg kick.
Binx connects with a right hand. Othman shakes it off. Binx rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Othman moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A head kick by Othman misses and Binx counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Binx rushes Othman and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Othman has had enough of the clinch but Binx keeps him there for the moment. Binx keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Othman's efforts to push away. Binx breaks the clinch.
Binx throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Othman tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Binx is in Othman's guard. Binx trying to control the position from guard on top but Othman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Binx with a flurry of punches that miss. Binx must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Binx drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Othman manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Binx has Othman in his guard. Binx throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Binx looks gassed! Othman postures up.
Othman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Binx has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Othman has managed to get both his arms back between Binx's legs - danger averted. Othman gets to his feet - Binx follows without any prompting. Binx throws an off balance right hand

Mr Binx seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Othman throws a lazy head kick and Binx counters with a slapping leg kick. Binx avoids the head kick by Othman.
Binx connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Othman throws a sloppy head kick and Binx counters with a left to the body. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Othman doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. A chopping leg kick lands by Binx. Othman throws a head kick that misses and Binx counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Mr Binx will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Othman drops his hands momentarily and Binx takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Othman avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Binx throws a leg kick but Othman sees it coming and moves out of range. A lazy body kick from Othman and Binx counters with a straight right hand. A head kick by Othman misses and Binx counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Binx misses with a leg kick and Othman counters with a body kick that stops Binx in his tracks momentarily. Othman throws a lazy head kick and Binx counters with a nice low kick that buckles Othman's knee momentarily. Binx tries to bum rush Othman with a series of wild strikes but Othman uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Othman tries to land a body kick and Binx counters with a low kick, right behind Othman 's knee. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Binx misses with a low kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Othman throws a head kick that misses and Binx counters with a nice uppercut. Othman takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Faris Othman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Binx misses with a low kick.
Binx dips to his left and cracks Othman with an uppercut! Binx tried to score with a low kick but Othman checks it. Binx tries to close the distance and clinch up but Othman swats him away and circles back towards the center. That kick from Binx tenderised Othman's leg. Othman is trying to keep his angry face on. Othman throws a head kick that misses and Binx counters with a lovely straight right hand! Binx is looking to slow Othman down with leg kicks.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Binx looks to land a combination but Othman avoids it well. Faris Othman is winning the standup battle so far. Othman throws a sloppy head kick and Binx counters with a nice double leg into side control. Othman won't be happy with that. Othman wants to get back to his feet but Binx drags him back down. Binx lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Binx landing a few strikes. Binx scores with a couple of short elbows. Binx scoring with punches from side control. Binx working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Binx working the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Binx thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Binx tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Binx has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Binx cracks Othman with a big elbow. Binx is working Othman over with some ground and pound from side control. Binx is trying to get an arm triangle but Othman is defending well. Binx is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Othman has escaped the position, nice work there. Othman pushes Binx away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Binx gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Binx is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Othman is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Othman is trying to buck Binx off. Binx is looking to take a break and control but Othman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Binx misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Othman is trying to escape and get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mr Binx showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Othman is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Good work by Othman as he checks the leg kick. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Binx jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Binx lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Binx works over Othman's head and body with a nice combination. Binx throws a body punch but Othman moves out of range. A head kick by Othman misses and Binx counters with an outside leg kick.
Binx throws a leg kick which misses Othman's front leg but catches the back leg as Othman tries to avoid it. Mr Binx is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Othman walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Binx throws a quick inside leg kick. A head kick by Othman misses and Binx counters with a nice leg kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Mr Binx comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Binx has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
