Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jason Thomson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirkko Krajc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomson throws a head kick that misses
and Krajc counters with a straight right hand.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Thomson tries a body shot but Krajc blocks it.
Thomson slows down the pace here.
Krajc avoiding damage as Thomson throws knees to the body.
Thomson tries to stall but Krajc uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Krajc's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Krajc tries for a takedown but Thomson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
No joy there for Thomson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Krajc gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Krajc fails to pull guard.
Stalling in the clinch from Thomson.
Thomson throws an elbow but it misses.
Thomson has Krajc pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Krajc manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Krajc on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Thomson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Krajc is defending well for now.
Thomson pulls guard effortlessly.
Thomson keeping moving, preventing Krajc from controlling successfully.
Krajc throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Thomson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Krajc drops back looking for a leg! Thomson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Thomson manages to kick Krajc off! Krajc jumps back into Thomson's guard.

Krajc is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Krajc wants to control from the top but Thomson keeps moving.
Thomson looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Krajc passes into side control.

Thomson is not content to let Krajc control the position.
Krajc has an Americana. Thomson didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Krajc is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Krajc hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
