Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Giggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dim Mak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giggs misses with a left hand
and Mak counters with a stiff right hand.
Giggs tries a head kick but it misses.
Giggs misses with a double jab
and Mak counters with a straight right hand.
Giggs falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mak counters with a straight right hand.
Giggs throws a combination that misses
and Mak counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Giggs throws a leg kick that misses.
Giggs circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mak wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Ryan Giggs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

enabling Mak to counter with a crisp jab.
Mak fails to land with a series of punches.
Giggs throws a combination that misses
and Giggs takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Giggs is breathing heavily.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Mak and Giggs goes tumbling to the canvas! Mak follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Giggs is rocked!
It looks like Mak is going to stand back up.

Mak postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Giggs to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Giggs paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Mak cracks Giggs with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Mak is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Mak connects with a combination that backs up Giggs into the cage. Mak lands a flurry of punches that gets past Giggs's guard. Giggs is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Mak bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
