Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tony Mortimer!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mortimer chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Jones on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Mortimer throws a right and a left that Jones avoids nicely.
Jones missing with a left hand there. Mortimer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mortimer clinches up with Jones and pushes him back against the ropes.
A nice left hand lands by Mortimer.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Mortimer creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Mortimer lands a hook that snaps the head of Jones backwards.
Jones wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Jones tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Jones.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Mortimer.
Jones misses with a hook from the clinch.
Mortimer lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Mortimer is trying to stall.

Mortimer has Jones pressed against the ropes, preventing Jones from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Mortimer lands a nice uppercut.
Mortimer lands with a light punch inside.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Mortimer.
Jones looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Mortimer looking to throw knees to the head but Jones is blocking nicely.
Jones swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A short right from Mortimer on the inside.
Jones is rocked!
Mortimer creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Jones with a big uppercut! Jones tries to clinch up but Mortimer pushes him back against the ropes and lands another monster strike that crumples Jones to the mat! Jones covers up and Mortimer unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Tony Mortimer!
After the fight, Tony Mortimer was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
