Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Barkadio Corleone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Kill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Barkadio Corleone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bill Kill! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kill rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Corleone moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Corleone shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kill but Kill pushes him off and we're back to square one. Corleone shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kill manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Corleone prevents Kill from getting back to his feet. Kill is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kill working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Corleone has passed into half guard!
That's one minute gone in the round. Kill wants to get back to his feet.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Corleone is controlling the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Kill trying to control from the bottom.
Kill wants to get back to full guard but Corleone has mounted him! Corleone controlling the pace for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kill is looking to improve his position but Corleone isn't that keen on the idea. Kill is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Corleone blocks Kill's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kill is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Corleone trying to control but he's not successful this time. Kill tries to hold on but Corleone pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Barkadio Corleone will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Kill avoids the head kick by Corleone.
Sloppy strikes from Kill. Those never looked like landing. Kill throws a left and a right that both miss
and Corleone counters with a single leg into guard. Kill didn't expect that. Kill has his foot on Corleone's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Corleone works his way back into a safe position though. Corleone wants to control from the top but Kill keeps moving. Corleone throwing strikes from guard but Kill blocks nicely. Kill wants to stand and escape but Corleone is having none of it.

We're going to have a standup here because Barkadio Corleone wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Kill swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kill scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Barkadio Corleone has been cut. Bill Kill is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kill tried to score with a low kick but Corleone checks it. Kill goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Kill falls off balance throwing a combination
and Corleone counters with a straight right hand. Kill slaps away a takedown attempt from Corleone, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kill throws a left and a right that both miss
and Corleone counters with a nice double leg into guard. Kill is breathing heavily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Corleone pushing down on Kill's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kill is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Corleone pulls his head out easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corleone is figuring out what he wants to do next. Corleone prevents Kill from improving his position. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Barkadio Corleone wasn't doing enough on the ground. No joy there for Kill, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Corleone. Kill throws a combination that misses and Corleone counters with a shoot takedown. Kill fights it but they end up in guard. Corleone controls from within his opponent's guard. Barkadio Corleone overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Barkadio Corleone just wasn't active enough. Kill lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kill misses with a double jab
enabling Corleone to counter with a crisp jab. Corleone shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Corleone showed some decent athleticism there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kill scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Corleone manages to mount him!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kill wants to hold on but Corleone pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Barkadio Corleone dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Barkadio Corleone's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Kill with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kill throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kill takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kill connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Kill lands with a kick to the temple. Corleone shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Kill throws a right and a left that both miss. Kill throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kill throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kill misses with a double jab
enabling Corleone to counter with a crisp jab. Kill fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Corleone fails with a takedown attempt. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Kill shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Corleone eats them both and turns towards Kill to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kill slaps away a takedown attempt from Corleone, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kill keeps the fight on the outside. Kill gets caught napping as Corleone dives in and scores a takedown. Kill manages to retain guard. Kill has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Corleone is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Kill. Kill tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corleone looking to control and managing it successfully. Corleone trying to control but he's not successful this time. Corleone landing punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kill bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Kill with a flurry of punches that miss. Corleone has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kill can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kill stands up and waves to Corleone to follow him. Kill is looking to slow Corleone down with leg kicks. Kill falls off balance throwing a combination
and Corleone connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kill throws a series of punches but Corleone avoids them all with ease. A punch combination from Kill misses. Corleone slips a jab and a cross from Kill.
Kill misses with a double jab
and Corleone counters with a single leg into guard. Kill didn't expect that. Bill Kill has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kill looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Corleone passes into side control.
Kill looks to move to half guard but instead Corleone has passed into mount! Damn!
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Bill Kill. I think Corleone has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
