Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Killer Row (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Roll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rock Roll has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Killer Row! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rock Roll! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Row looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Row looking to sit in guard and control but Roll gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Roll trying to control the position from guard on top but Row is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Row will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Row throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Roll escapes and throws Row's legs to the side, diving into side control! Roll gets to mount! Row was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Roll scoring with strikes but Row is staying in there. Roll controlling his opponent. Roll is in the full mount, landing strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roll working away from the top, dropping strikes. Roll takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Row is working to get back to half guard.
Roll should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Roll lands a heavy elbow. Roll tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Row taking shots to the head. Row wants to try and get back to his feet. Roll wants to control the pace but Row is squirming around nicely. Row tries to reverse the position but Roll maintains control. Roll controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Row is desperately trying to improve his position but Roll has a good base and remains in mount. Roll controlling his opponent. Row regains half guard. Row is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Roll pulls his head out easily. Row tries to get to full guard but Roll has control of the leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Row flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Roll with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Row wants to improve his position but Roll is controlling well.
Roll wants to lay and pray for a moment but Row keeps working. Roll takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Roll looks to score some points with some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Row wants to get back to his feet.
Row is breathing heavily. Roll prevents Row from improving his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Roll content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Row wants to stand back up but Roll manages to pass into side control.
Roll working away. Row trying to remain calm as Roll controls from the top position.
Despite being in the dominant position, Rock Roll just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Roll stuns Row with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Roll throws a lazy right hand but Row sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Row throws a series of punches but Roll avoids them all with ease. Row avoids a punch combination nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rock Roll dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Roll throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Row counters with a single leg into guard. Roll didn't expect that. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Roll can do anything to dispel that myth. Row postures up in Roll's guard and throws a big left but Roll blocks it. Roll pulls Row in close to his closed guard and prevents Row from doing any damage or advancing position. Row wants to get up but he can't break Roll's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Row is standing up over Roll. Roll looks to escape but Row dives into side control.
Row landing a few strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Row throwing shots but missing, from side control. Roll can't do much from the bottom here. Roll is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Row misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
That's one minute gone in the round. Row moves into full mount! Row landing strikes, looking to finish! Roll tries to hold on but Row postures up. Row looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Roll is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Roll is desperately trying to improve his position but Row has a good base and remains in mount. Row with the ground and pound from mount. Row can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Roll is looking to escape. Roll is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Roll is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Row takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Row has control of Roll's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Roll regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Row seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Roll does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Row working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Roll moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Roll looking for a sweep. Not yet Roll, not yet. Roll pulls Row in close to his closed guard and prevents Row from doing any damage or advancing position. Row advances position into side control! Killer Row overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Row tries for a kimura but Roll is defending well. Roll pushes Row away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Row gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Roll is looking for a sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Killer Row dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Row closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Roll to the mat! Roll manages to get full guard. Roll working a defensive guard here.
Row is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Row trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Row in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Row will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Roll has his hands on Row's head, controlling the position. Row has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Roll is proving hard to escape from. Row trying to control but Roll is working from the bottom. Roll takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Roll pulls Row in close to his closed guard and prevents Row from doing any damage or advancing position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Row lands a jab to the nose. Row avoids a punch combination nicely.
Roll throws a body punch but Row moves out of range. Row feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Roll's calf. Rock Roll seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Roll moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. A left lands for Row. Roll misses with an uppercut
letting Row counter with a right hand. Row looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Roll throws out a loose jab but Row uses good head movement to avoid it. Row tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Roll swivels and escapes. Roll throws a lazy uppercut
and Row counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Row looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Row has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Roll is trying is best to control the position here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Roll stalks Row and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Row's face. Row staggers backwards, shaken. Roll looks to score with a jab to the body but Row is just out of range. Roll stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Killer Row. That's going to take a lot out of him. Roll throws an off balance right hand
and Row counters with a right hand to the body. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Row. Row lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

and Row counters with a stiff right hand. Row cracks Roll with an open hand slap. Row tries to clinch but Roll moves out of range. Roll misses with a right hand and Row counters with a straight right hand. A cross from Roll lands. Roll falls off balance throwing a combination

Row seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Roll does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Row decides to stand up. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Row looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Roll! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Row cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Roll wants to control but Row is having none of it. Row is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Roll has managed to escape the submission attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Row looking to control but Roll is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
And that's the end of the fight! Killer Row showed his dominance in that final round. I think Row has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
