PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Canis Lupus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Landsman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lupus comes to the cage accompanied by Wolf Song. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Landsman slips a straight right by Lupus.
Landsman shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

Lupus lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Landsman backs up against the cage.

It looks like Jay Landsman has been cut.
Lupus will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lupus lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Landsman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lupus avoids it really well and circles away.
