Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lexin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Generale's waist but Generale gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lexin off to one side.
Generale throws a right and a left that both miss.
Generale pushes Lexin up against the cage in a clinch.
Generale pulls guard.
Lexin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Lexin throwing strikes from guard but Generale blocks nicely.
Generale wants to stand but Lexin is controlling the position.
Lexin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Generale is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Generale has momentary wrist control but Lexin slips an elbow through the middle.
Lexin throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Generale works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lexin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lexin won't allow Generale to sweep him here.
Lexin throws and elbow that misses. Generale uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lexin's guard. Nice move by Generale!
Generale looking to sit in guard and control but Lexin gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Lexin throws a big right hand that misses.
Lexin postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Lexin throws and elbow that misses. Generale uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lexin's guard. Nice move by Generale!

Lexin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Generale can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Generale wants to get up but he can't break Lexin's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Lexin manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Generale wants to hold on but Lexin pushes him away.

Lexin lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
