Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Donny Duckovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Drew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Donny Duckovski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Drew!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drew looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Duckovski looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Drew is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Drew is trying to work for a kimura but Duckovski is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Drew throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Drew is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Drew sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Duckovski defending well though.
Drew prevents Duckovski from improving his position.
Drew controlling the pace.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Drew is trying to control the action in half guard but Duckovski is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Still in half guard, Drew seems content to control.
I looks like Drew might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Despite being in the dominant position, Jack Drew just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Drew drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Duckovski working a defensive guard here.
Drew trying to control but Duckovski is working from the bottom.
Drew should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Duckovski will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Drew controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Drew wanted to stand there but Duckovski had control of the position.
Duckovski is trying to keep Drew in close.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Drew looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Drew dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Drew bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Drew in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Duckovski seems a little lost for a moment, as Drew dominates the positioning.
Drew is looking to take a break and control but Duckovski is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Drew is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Duckovski will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Duckovski gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Drew throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

Drew moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Duckovski has worked his arm free - good work by Duckovski!
The referee asks Drew politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Drew prefers to stall for the moment though.

Drew wants to control the pace but Duckovski is squirming around nicely.

Drew working for a submission but Duckovski is keeping him at bay.

Duckovski wants to hold on but Drew pushes him away.
Drew scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Drew landing shots from mount.
Drew scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Duckovski?
Drew is landing with some decent strikes but Duckovski is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Duckovski really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Drew working the ground and pound effectively.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Drew looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Drew showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Duckovski keeping moving, preventing Drew from controlling successfully.

Drew misses with a head shot. Duckovski uses the momentum to regain guard.

Drew stands up from Duckovski's guard - Drew perhaps looking for a knockout.

Drew moves into the clinch.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Duckovski tries for a takedown but Drew manages to get underhooks.

Drew has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Duckovski uses from the top position.
Drew manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Duckovski is looking to improve his position but Drew isn't that keen on the idea.
Drew breaks from Duckovski's wrist control and lands an elbow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Duckovski can't escape the position.
Drew lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Drew content just to control the position here.
Drew scores with a couple of good head shots there.
BOOM! Drew connects with a massive shot to the dome!
A nice elbow there by Drew.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Drew looking to control but Duckovski is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Drew controlling the position easily from mount.
Donny Duckovski has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Jack Drew comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Drew has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
