The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xrenpopadesh tries for a takedown but Friedrich circles away easily
and Friedrich counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Xrenpopadesh's guard now.
Friedrich is looking to work some ground and pound but Xrenpopadesh has wrist control.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Friedrich accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Xrenpopadesh looking for a guillotine here but Friedrich defends easily.
