Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Conley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Bennet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jason Conley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brandon Bennet! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bennet fails with the takedown and Conley counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Conley. Conley tries to stand but Bennet is controlling from the bottom. Bennet tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bennet manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Bennet is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Conley can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Bennet get's back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Conley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Conley swings around for an armbar but Bennet sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Conley's guard. Bennet slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Bennet prevents Conley from escaping the position. Bennet looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Conley on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Conley tries to get out of the position. Bennet trying to control the position but Conley is working away. Conley is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bennet decides to stand up, so the ref orders Conley to his feet. No joy there for Conley, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bennet tries to clinch there but Conley circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bennet misses with a takedown attempt and Conley counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Conley throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Bennets head. Bennet is trying to stall.
Bennet's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bennet shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Conley counters with a takedown into side control. Jason Conley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Bennet. Conley throwing strikes but Bennet manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Bennet wants to lay and pray for a moment but Conley keeps working. Bennet throws an elbow but Conley slips to the side and avoids it well. Bennet has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bennet will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bennet throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bennet looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nice body kick from Bennet. Conley gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Bennet counters with a two punch combo. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bennet sizes up Conley with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Bennet fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Conley sprawls well initially but Bennet persists and gets the takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bennet thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Conley's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Brandon Bennet will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Conley gets the takedown into side control. Conley working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Bennet gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Bennet is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Conley's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Conley's back! Conley avoids the strikes from Bennet. Conley looking very determined here, making life difficult for Bennet.
Jason Conley overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bennet looking to break Conley's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Conley remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Bennet will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bennet struggling to land strikes to the head as Conley covers up. Bennet is working for a rear naked choke. Conley is not defending it well and Bennet has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Conley refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Conley's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Brandon Bennet!
