Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Redban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nathan Martin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Redban! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Redban swats away the attempt to clinch by Martin. Redban checks the leg kick nicely there.
Redban closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Redban lands in his opponent's guard. Martin keeping full guard, as Redban tries to pass. Martin working a defensive guard here.
Redban wants to control from the top but Martin keeps moving. Redban missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Redban thows a big elbow that misses. Redban passes into half guard. Redban wants to control but Martin is keeping him busy. Redban missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Martin makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Martin. Redban forces his way into half guard. Redban wants to stand but Martin has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Redban trying to advance position but Martin counters by regaining guard. Redban drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Martin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Redban has Martin in his guard. Redban keeping full guard, as Martin tries to pass. Redban is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Martin tries to free his leg and advance position but Redban is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Redban wants to sweep but no luck. Redban is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Redban pushes Martin off and scrambles back to his feet.
Redban looks gassed! A momentary lapse in concentration from Martin enables Redban to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Martin manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Martin looking to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Martin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Redban is stalling in the full guard. Redban throwing strikes but missing. Redban preventing the sweep. Redban pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Martin is keeping the position for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Redban dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Martin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Redban counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Redban pulls Martin into guard.
Redban escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Martin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Redban working a defensive guard here.
Martin working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Redban avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Martin is looking to stand up but Redban won't let him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Redban wants to stand up but Martin is controlling him. Martin advances position into side control! Redban tries to improve position but can't. Redban can't do much from the bottom here. Redban gets back to half guard. Martin controlling the action here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Redban is looking to get back to is feet but Martin passes into side control.
Redban is looking for a sweep. An elbow from Martin crashes against the mat.
Martin trying to control the position but Redban is working away. Redban wants to control but Martin postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Redban is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Martin off and has taken his back! Redban tries to get the hooks in deep but Martin pushed the leg off. Redban tightening his grip on Martin, looking for the choke. Martin staying busy and making it hard for Redban to control. Martin defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Martin has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Redban. Martin can't escape the position.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Martin trying to control the hands but Redban won't let him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Redban showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Redban turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Martin doesn't succeed with the takedown and Redban makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Martin doesn't succeed with the takedown and Redban counters with a nice double leg into guard. Redban advances to half guard. Redban content to control rather than advance. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Redban is trying to control the action in half guard but Martin is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Joe Redban wasn't active enough on the ground. Martin clinches with his opponent.
Redban drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Redban tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Martin smiles and moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Redban looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Nathan Martin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Redban. Martin darts in and clinches Redban up against the cage. Redban tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Martin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Redban walks away with a smile on his face. Martin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Martin feints and as Redban raises his hands in defense, Martin changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Redban looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Martin is looking to stand up but Redban won't let him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Redban throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Martin wanted to stand there but Redban had control of the position. Martin trying to control but Redban is working from the bottom. Redban is controlling Martin's posture. Joe Redban has got the better of the ground game so far. Martin is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Nathan Martin wasn't doing enough on the ground. Redban fails in his attempt to clinch. Martin throws a left and a right that both miss
and Redban counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Knees to the body from Redban.

Martin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Redban counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Martin's guard now. Redban trying to control but Martin is working from the bottom. Nathan Martin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Martin is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Redban is controlling him. Joe Redban is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
And that's the end of the fight! Joe Redban comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Redban winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
