Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Palioc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takeshi Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daniel Palioc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takeshi Sato! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sato gets in close and instigates a clinch. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Sato keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Palioc's efforts to push away. Sato has Palioc pushed against the cage. Palioc tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sato smiles and moves away.
Sato wants to clinch but Palioc slips to the side and Palioc counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Palioc. Palioc being controlled here momentarily. Sato looking for a sweep. Not yet Sato, not yet. Palioc wants to control from the top but Sato keeps moving.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Sato throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sato moves into the clinch. Sato is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Sato is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Sato is pressed up against the cage. Palioc has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sato down to the mat. Sato avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Sato tries to clinch up but Palioc circles away and keeps his distance. Sato drives through and clinches with Palioc against the cage.
Sato breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Palioc crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sato - the referee stops the clock and Palioc gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sato. Palioc manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Sato shoots in and bounces Palioc off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Palioc is breathing heavily. Palioc throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sato trying to control the position from guard on top but Palioc is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Palioc has his hands on Sato's head, controlling the position. Sato trying to control but Palioc is working from the bottom. Sato wants to pass the guard but Palioc is keeping the position.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Takeshi Sato wasn't active enough on the ground. Sato lands a nice looking body kick. Takeshi Sato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sato has Palioc up against the cage in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sato just leaning against Palioc, taking a breather. Sato gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Palioc.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Palioc. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sato has Palioc pushed against the cage. Sato decides to pull guard. Sato not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Palioc trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Sato wants to stand up but Palioc is controlling him. Palioc won't allow Sato to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Sato is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Sato keeping moving, preventing Palioc from controlling successfully. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Sato rushes Palioc and presses him up against the cage. Palioc wants a takedown.
Sato is stalling here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Sato putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Palioc in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Takeshi Sato dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Sato stalls. Sato using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

Palioc tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Sato's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Palioc bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Sato really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Palioc. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Sato is looking for a sweep. This fight is sponsored by Chainsaw 7. That's one minute gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Palioc in particular looking to stall. Palioc is trying to control the action in half guard but Sato is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Sato is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Palioc seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sato does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Daniel Palioc. Palioc misses with a wild body shot. Sato tries to clinch up but Palioc circles away and keeps his distance. Sato tries to clinch up and Palioc counters with a takedown into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sato tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Palioc wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Palioc trying to control the action but Sato is working from the bottom. Sato can't do much from the bottom here. Sato is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Palioc's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Sato wants to get back to his feet.
Sato gets back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sato looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Sato keeping moving, preventing Palioc from controlling successfully. Sato pulls Palioc in close to prevent any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Palioc has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Sato. Sato closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Sato looking to control but instead Palioc has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Palioc tries to roll over but Sato keeps him under control. Sato is looking to take a break and control but Palioc is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Palioc is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Sato pulls his head out easily. Sato stands up and beckons Palioc to join him on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Daniel Palioc will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Sato tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Palioc paws at him with a jab and circles away. Sato keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Palioc. Palioc avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Palioc with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Palioc takes a knee to the side of the body. Knees to the body from Sato.
Sato is pressed up against the cage. Palioc has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sato down to the mat. Sato avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Sato shoots in for a takedown but Palioc shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Palioc circles away from the clinch attempt.
Palioc takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Sato wants to clinch. Sato instigates a clinch. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Takeshi Sato. Sato drives through with a takedown into guard. Palioc working a defensive guard here.
Sato lands a couple of elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sato's corner. There ya go! There ya go! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sato trying to stand up but can't free himself from Palioc's guard. Sato postures up.
Sato preventing the sweep. Sato working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Palioc trying to keep a closed guard but Sato is proving a slippery customer.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Daniel Palioc wasn't doing enough on the ground. Sato takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Sato breaks the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sato looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Palioc tries for a takedown but Sato circles away easily and Sato counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. A head kick misses from Sato. Sato moves into the clinch. Palioc goes for a takedown in the clinch but Sato prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Palioc. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sato prevents Palioc from breaking the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sato ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Sato no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Sato keeping moving, preventing Palioc from controlling successfully. Palioc stopping the sweep attempt from Sato. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Palioc trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Palioc takes a decent strike to the side of the head. Sato looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
And that's the end of the fight! Takeshi Sato comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sato has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
