Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Pogi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Burgundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burgundy moves out of range of the body kick.
Pogi takes one to the chin there.
Donk. Burgundy catches Pogi right on the button with a cross.

Pogi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Burgundy but Burgundy pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Pogi is stalling here. Burgundy is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Pogi seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Burgundy has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Pogi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Burgundy circles away quickly and effectively.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Burgundy enables Pogi to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Burgundy manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
