Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin pushes Balboa up against the cage in a clinch.
Balboa wants to break free but Griffin has control.
Griffin manages to break the clinch.
Balboa misses with a few strikes there.
Balboa throws a series of strikes that have Griffin backpedaling.
Some wild striking there from Griffin.
Balboa throws a good cross that connects.
Griffin staying out of range there.
A shot to de liver by Balboa. Beautiful body shot.
Griffin takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Balboa circles away from the clinch attempt.
Balboa scores with a decent looking hook.
Griffin moves into the clinch successfully.
Balboa is trying to break free.
Griffin working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Balboa is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Griffin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Griffin is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Balboa stalks Griffin and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Griffin's face. Griffin staggers backwards, shaken.
Griffin takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Balboa jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Griffin is rocked!
Balboa lands a nice shot that snaps Griffin's head back.
Oh Griffin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Balboa drops Griffin with a straight right hand, right on the button! Balboa follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael Balboa!
