I think Ilias might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rob Dougan - Clubbed to Death 2. Ilnur Ilias has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ilias tries to bum rush Tungsten with a series of wild strikes but Tungsten uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ilias throws a left and a right that both miss

and Tungsten counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Tungsten drops back, looking for a kneebar! Ilias looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Ilias looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Ilias!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well Tungsten has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
