The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brit throws an overhand right that lands on Fisher's shoulder, as Fisher tries to avoid the shot.
Fisher keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fisher fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Fisher closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Brit's guard.
Fisher throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Brit works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Brit is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Fisher lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Brit backwards.
Fisher doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Brit's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fisher has his takedown stuffed
and Brit cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Spencer Fisher has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fisher tries for a takedown but Brit circles away easily
and Brit comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Fisher stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Brit is on him like rabid pit bull! Fisher slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
