Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Olaf Saurkraut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claude Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saurkraut comes into the arena with Poland National Anthem blaring out of the sound system. Thompson has chosen If Rap Gets Jealous by K'naan as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saurkraut looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Saurkraut avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thompson throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Saurkraut has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Thompson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Saurkraut pulls his head out easily.

Thompson wants to improve his position but Saurkraut is controlling well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Saurkraut wants to control the pace but Thompson is squirming around nicely.
Saurkraut postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Thompson looks a forlorn figure.
Thompson is wriggling around trying to escape.
Saurkraut has hold of Thompson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Thompson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Thompson is rocked!
Saurkraut loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Thompson scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Saurkraut land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Saurkraut stands and salutes the crowd.
