Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damien Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bring Da Ruckus. Creed has chosen That's A Sabretooth as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva drives through with a takedown into guard.
Silva thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Creed has his foot on Silva's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Silva works his way back into a safe position though.
Silva throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Creed works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Silva lands a couple of elbows.
Creed preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Creed working for a triangle but Silva defends it easily.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Creed had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Silva defends it easily.
Creed looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Creed has momentary wrist control but Silva slips an elbow through the middle.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silva accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Silva content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Creed is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Silva throws a big right hand that misses.
Silva chips away with some ground and pound.
Silva has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Silva wants to pass the guard but Creed is keeping the position.
Creed escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Silva gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Silva won't allow Creed to sweep him here.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Silva working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Creed's head.
Silva landing some decent shots from guard.
Creed looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Creed throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Silva escapes and throws Creed's legs to the side, diving into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Creed is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Silva is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Creed is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Silva connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Creed some visible discomfort.

Silva is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Creed is trying to escape and Silva transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Creed is forced to tap! Nice work there by Silva! Very nice indeed!
