Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elias James Corey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thunder is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 2PAC-"GET UP" REMIX. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnny Thunder!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunder misses with a takedown
and Corey counters with a stiff right hand.
Corey thuds his shin into the meat of Thunder's side.
Thunder gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Corey counters with a left and a right that stings Thunder.
Thunder dives in and grabs Corey's left leg, looking for a takedown. Corey pushes down on Thunder's head and hops out.
Elias James Corey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Thunder.
Thunder shoots in for a takedown but Corey shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Thunder looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Corey pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Corey connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Corey throws an overhand right that drops Thunder like a sack of potatoes! Corey dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
