Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noel Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beast Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes to the cage accompanied by Duality - Slipknot. Rage is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I'm a Beast. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Dean Styles and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage tries to clinch there but Smith circles away.
Smith throws a lazy uppercut
and Rage counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Rage throws a quick inside leg kick.
Rage swings away with a body shot that misses
and Smith counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Smith misses with a hook to the body
and Rage counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
A left lands for Smith.
Smith throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rage closes the distance and clinches up with Smith, looking for a takedown. Rage pushes Smith against the cage but Smith circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Smith counters with a three punch combo that has Rage backing up. Rage nods at Smith to acknowledge the strikes.

Smith throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rage.

Rage throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Smith was covering up waiting for the punch and Rage finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Smith is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rage defends well.

Beast Rage has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Smith shoots for a double leg takedown but Rage sprawls well. He's pushed Smith's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
