Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Francois La Poulet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Redhair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). La Poulet comes into the arena with "chicken dance" song blaring out of the sound system. Richard Redhair told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

La Poulet throws a wild body kick that Redhair sees coming a mile off.
