The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin scores with a takedown into Loki's guard.
Loki throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Loki keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Griffin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Loki bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Griffin controls Loki momentarily but Loki frees himself.
Oh Griffin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Loki slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Loki lands a strong strike to the head of Griffin. That's dazed him! Loki looking to finish here. Griffin is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Loki lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
