Jericho misses with a series of wild punches.
Dante Jericho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jericho closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jericho lands in his opponent's guard.
Bag lands a couple of shots from the bottom.
Jericho trying to control but Bag is working from the bottom.

Jericho postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Jericho is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bag doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jericho.

Jericho takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bag is looking to improve his position but Jericho isn't that keen on the idea.

Jericho is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bag can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Jericho is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Bag has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Bag!

Bag has gone for a leg lock! Jericho slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bag's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jericho is pushing down on Bag's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bag is fighting to maintain full guard but Jericho has managed to sneak the leg through.
Bag has hold of Jericho's hands but Jericho slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Jericho lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
No joy there for Jericho, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bag has his takedown stuffed
and Jericho counters with a straight right hand.
Bag shoots in for a takedown but Jericho shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Bag is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Jericho just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! And now a right hook, right on the button! Bag has gone limp, and this one is over!
