Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Masahiko Kimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalle Uzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kimura comes into the arena with Kiyoshi Yoshida - Spirit blaring out of the sound system. Uzi has chosen Top dog feat. Chuck Norris as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Masahiko Kimura! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kalle Uzi! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Uzi throws a head kick that misses. Uzi misses with a head kick.
Kimura paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Kalle Uzi has been cut. Kimura blocks a head kick by Uzi.
Kimura fails with the takedown. Kimura throws a leg kick but Uzi sees it coming and moves out of range. Kimura shoots in for a double leg but Uzi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Kimura shoots for a double leg takedown but Uzi sprawls well. He's pushed Kimura's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Masahiko Kimura. That's going to take a lot out of him. Uzi loads up on a big right hand but Kimura slips the punch. Kimura blocks a head kick by Uzi.
Uzi gets caught flat footed, as Kimura shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Kimura scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kimura accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kimura looking to pass the guard. Kimura thows a big elbow that misses. Kimura pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Uzi is keeping the position for now. Uzi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kimura. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kimura trying to control but Uzi is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Uzi is pulling down on Kimura's head to control his posture.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Masahiko Kimura just wasn't active enough. A shot to the body from Kimura misses and Uzi counters with a nice leg kick. A low kick from Kimura misses and Uzi counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Masahiko Kimura has been cut. Kimura looks to throw a body kick and Uzi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kimura's knee momentarily. A decent looking cross lands there for Uzi. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kimura throws a good cross that connects.
Uzi looks to score with a jab to the body but Kimura is just out of range. Uzi slips under a jab from Kimura. Kimura takes a swing at Uzi's ribcage but misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Uzi throws a head kick that half lands.
Kimura changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Kimura catches Uzi with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Uzi keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Uzi ducks under a wild hook from Kimura. Uzi checks a low kick from Kimura. Kimura thows a left - swing and a miss! A head kick from Uzi lands but Kimura takes it in his stride. Kalle Uzi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kimura shoots in looking for a takedown but Uzi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kimura's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Masahiko Kimura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Uzi throws a sloppy head kick and Kimura moves out of range easily. Uzi takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice sprawl there from Uzi as Kimura shoots in. Uzi scores with a punch to the head.
Masahiko Kimura's cut is getting worse. Uzi moves out of range as Kimura throws a body kick.
Kimura fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Kimura cracks Uzi with an open hand slap. Kimura thows a body shot but no joy. Kimura changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Uzi tries to avoid it but Kimura manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Uzi to the ground. Uzi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Uzi misses with a head kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kimura lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Donk. Kimura catches Uzi right on the button with a cross. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Masahiko Kimura will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Uzi.
Uzi pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kimura back to the cage. Uzi follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Kimura throws a leg kick but Uzi checks it. Kimura shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Uzi is trying to defend but Kimura finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Kimura wants to pass to mount but Uzi is defending the position. Uzi is pressing down on Kimura's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Kimura trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Uzi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Kimura working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kimura trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kimura trying to control but Uzi is working from the bottom. Kimura tries to free his leg and advance position but Uzi is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Uzi trying to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kalle Uzi. Kimura misses with a kick to the body and Uzi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kimura's knee momentarily. Uzi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Uzi throws a nice inside leg kick. Kimura misses with a leg kick and Uzi counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Uzi looks at the referee who does nothing so Uzi lands a crushing right that sends Kimura to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kalle Uzi! Kalle Uzi is the new heavyweight champion!
