Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Paolo gold chin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikko Vilkastus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vilkastus throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Vilkastus moves in looking to clinch but gold chin pushes him off.
gold chin scores with a head kick. Vilkastus tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Mikko Vilkastus has been cut.
gold chin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
gold chin scores with the left hand. Vilkastus knows he should have avoided that one.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vilkastus is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

That has opened up Mikko Vilkastus's cut even more.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Vilkastus tries to clinch
and gold chin counters with a stiff right hand.
Vilkastus blocks a head kick by gold chin.
gold chin stuffs the takedown attempt from Vilkastus. Vilkastus gets slowly back to his feet.
Vilkastus misses with a wild body shot.
Vilkastus shoots in looking for a takedown but gold chin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vilkastus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Vilkastus shoots in for a double leg but gold chin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Paolo gold chin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikko Vilkastus.

gold chin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vilkastus moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Vilkastus fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Vilkastus avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
gold chin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

The cut above Mikko Vilkastus's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Vilkastus fails to land with a series of punches.
Vilkastus blocks a head kick by gold chin.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! gold chin crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Vilkastus - the referee stops the clock and gold chin gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Vilkastus. gold chin manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
gold chin takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Vilkastus swings for the body but gold chin moves out of range.
gold chin uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Vilkastus has time to react.
Vilkastus looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

gold chin lands a big head kick that sends Vilkastus tumbling to the mat! gold chin takes a step backwards and waves Vilkastus back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Mikko Vilkastus's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
gold chin lands a head kick. Vilkastus smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Vilkastus is still on wobbly legs! Can gold chin finish him?

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mikko Vilkastus's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
