Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rafal Duda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Red Ladel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duda has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Rafal Duda has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Ladel misses.
Ladel fails with an attempt to clinch.

Ladel shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Duda's guard.
Duda is breathing heavily.
Duda wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Ladel lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Duda or not.

Red Ladel has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Ladel closes the distance and pushes Duda back into the cage.

Ladel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Ladel changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Duda looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Ladel has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Duda thows a body shot but no joy.

Duda is squirming around, avoiding Ladel's attempts to control the action.

Ladel moves into the clinch.

Ladel gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Duda has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ladel is working away from the top position though.

Ladel seems to be looking for submissions.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Duda is controlling Ladel's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Duda throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Ladel is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Ladel thows a huge punch but Duda dodges it nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Duda's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Ladel pulls guard successfully.

Ladel looking for a guillotine here but Duda defends easily.
Ladel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ladel working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Duda doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Duda manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Duda is working Ladel over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Duda seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
