Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Evgen Konstantinov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jake Tyler has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Evgen Konstantinov's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Konstantinov rushes Tyler and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Konstantinov looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Tyler drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tyler jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Tyler jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Konstantinov walks away with a smile on his face. Tyler gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Tyler goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Konstantinov is on top in guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Konstantinov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Tyler lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Konstantinov!

The strikes coming from Tyler are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Konstantinov is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Tyler is controlling him well.

Tyler is working to tighten is grip on Konstantinov's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Konstantinov has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Tyler is really squeezing tight and eventually Konstantinov passes out! Tyler breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
