The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker throws a sloppy head kick
and Connor counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Connor forces Parker back against the cage and clinches.
Connor throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Parkers head.
Parker trying to stall but Connor improves his position.
Parker tries to land a knee to the head but Connor blocks with his arms.
Nice body punch from Parker.
Connor with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Parker misses with a short punch on the inside.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Connor misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Connor misses with a punch to the body.
Parker lands an elbow just above Connor 's eye.

It looks like Will Connor has been cut.
Parker blocks a body shot from Connor.
Parker lands with a left to the head.
Connor struggles to land a body shot inside as Parker controls his hands.
Parker gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A bit of stalling here from Parker.

Connor has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Parker clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Connor lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Parker tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Parker slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Connor looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Parker is trying to maintain the position but Connor is very close to passing his half guard.
Parker tries to kick Connor off but Connor keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Connor is trying to control. Parker wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Parker is looking for a sweep. Connor is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Connor has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Parker is controlling Connor's trapped leg to prevent Connor from advancing to side control.
Connor frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Connor looking to control but Parker is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Parker is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Connor is landing with some decent strikes but Parker is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Connor breaks from Parker's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Parker is rocked!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Connor postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Parker badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Connor around the waist but Connor pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Connor is the winner by TKO! Connor jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
