Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gerald T Inglewood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Frac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Inglewood comes to the cage accompanied by Cant Be touched. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Gerald T Inglewood!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, James Frac!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frac fails with the takedown
and Inglewood counters with a solid body kick.
Frac with a poor takedown
and Inglewood counters with a body kick that stops Frac in his tracks momentarily.
Frac has his takedown stuffed
enabling Inglewood to counter with a crisp jab.
Gerald T Inglewood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Frac.
Frac shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Inglewood counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Frac doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Inglewood connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Frac with a poor takedown
and Inglewood counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Inglewood clinches with his opponent.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frac is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Frac looks gassed!
Frac drops down looking for an ankle pick but Inglewood pulls his leg out and moves away.
Frac misses with a takedown
and Inglewood counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Inglewood has taken the fight to the clinch.
Inglewood tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Frac avoids it.
Frac jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Inglewood walks away with a smile on his face. Frac gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Inglewood rushes Frac and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Inglewood landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Inglewood stalling the fight.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Frac on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Inglewood softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Frac drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Inglewood gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Inglewood is leaning against Frac and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Inglewood trying to land knees to the body.
Inglewood really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Inglewood pulls guard.

Frac drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Inglewood dives on top into guard.

Frac is looking for a triangle but Inglewood pushes his legs off easily.
Inglewood looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Inglewood gets to his feet - Frac follows without any prompting.

Inglewood rushes Frac and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Inglewood missing with knees to the body.
Inglewood is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Inglewood works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Frac working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Inglewood doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Frac is tightening it up a little... Inglewood has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Inglewood reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Inglewood taps out! Nice BJJ there by Frac!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). James Frac!
