Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Dumile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Makebono Bowen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 40 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Makebono Bowen!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowen throws a head kick that misses

and Dumile counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dumile.
Bowen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Dumile working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Bowen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Dumile thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dumile's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

It looks like Makebono Bowen has been cut.
Dumile stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bowen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dumile seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Dumile drops back looking for a leg! Bowen is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bowen manages to kick Dumile off! Dumile jumps back into Bowen's guard.

Dumile trying to control but Bowen is working from the bottom.
Bowen wants to stand and escape but Dumile is having none of it.
Dumile landing with the ground and pound.
Dumile content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Dumile is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Bowen wants to stand up but Dumile is controlling him.
Dumile might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Dumile slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Dumile is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dumile stops Bowen from standing up.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bowen can do anything to dispel that myth.
Dumile is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Dumile stands up over Bowen, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Bowen looks gassed!

Dumile connects with a couple of short punches.

Dumile stands and throws Bowen's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Dumile lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Bowen down.
Bowen tries to escape but Dumile is in control.

That has opened up Makebono Bowen's cut even more.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Makebono Bowen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
