Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isamu Takagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Gagarin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Isamu Takagi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yuri Gagarin!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gagarin keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Takagi.
Gagarin takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Gagarin cracks Takagi with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
It looks like Isamu Takagi has been cut.
Takagi throws a lazy body kick
enabling Gagarin to counter with a crisp jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Takagi shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Gagarin eats them both and turns towards Takagi to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Gagarin scores with a spinning back kick!
Gagarin lands with a thumping leg kick.
Takagi is breathing heavily.
Gagarin lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Gagarin thuds his shin into the meat of Takagi's side.
Gagarin turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Gagarin dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Gagarin throws a front kick that sends Takagi stumbling back into the cage.
Gagarin catches Takagi with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Takagi forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Yuri Gagarin!
