Eremiel goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Gray misses with an uppercut
and Eremiel counters with a body kick.
Philip Gray seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gray fails to land the takedown.
Gray shoots in for a takedown but Eremiel shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Gray shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Eremiel sprawls well. Eremiel wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gray gets slowly back to his feet.
Eremiel lands a head kick. Gray smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gray crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Eremiel - the referee stops the clock and Gray gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Eremiel. Gray manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

and Eremiel holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Eremiel lands with a kick to the temple. Gray shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Eremiel throws a front kick that sends Gray stumbling back into the cage.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Eremiel, right into the meat.
Good leg kick by Eremiel there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Eremiel darts in and clinches Gray up against the cage.
Gray takes an elbow to the temple.
Philip Gray's cut is getting worse.

Philip Gray's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Eremiel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Eremiel moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Gray gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Eremiel.
Jeez, Philip Gray's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Eremiel fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gray.
Crunch! Eremiel slams his shin into Gray's torso.
Eremiel lands a nice looking kick to the body. Gray takes a step back to recover.
Gray is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Eremiel throws a leg kick which misses Gray's front leg but catches the back leg as Gray tries to avoid it.
Gray takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Eremiel moves into the clinch.
Eremiel lands a damaging elbow.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Philip Gray's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
