Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yakai Ossini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duk Dong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dong has chosen Thompson Twins - If You Were Here as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Yakai Ossini! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Duk Dong! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Franklyn Lucas and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dong shoots in for a double leg but Ossini sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Dong will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Ossini is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dong's half guard. Ossini throwing shots but Dong is blocking nicely. Ossini with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Ossini thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dong's head. Dong is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Ossini is looking to advance position but Dong won't allow it. Ossini is trying to control the action in half guard but Dong is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dong keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Dong tries to get to full guard but Ossini has control of the leg. Ossini is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Ossini throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Ossini uses his free foot to push down on Dong's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dong. Ossini fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ossini throws some wild stikes that Dong manages to avoid easily.
Ossini thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Dong tries to lock up and control but Ossini gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Ossini lands with some strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ossini thowing shots but they're missing. Ossini landing shots from mount. Ossini sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Ossini punching from mount but Dong doing a good job of avoiding damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ossini throwing strikes here but Dong is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Dong avoids a series of strikes thrown by Ossini.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ossini working Dong over with strikes here. Ossini working away from the top, dropping strikes. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Ossini raining down hammerfists from mount.
Dong is rocked! Ossini postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Dong badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Ossini around the waist but Ossini pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Ossini is the winner by TKO! Ossini jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
