Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between jk o (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruiser Mctavish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, jk o! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruiser Mctavish! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mctavish tries to keep at a distance but o has taken the fight into the clinch. o wants a takedown but no success here.
o stalling.

Nice sprawl there from Mctavish as o shoots in. Mctavish looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for o! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mctavish is in the full mount, landing strikes. Mctavish tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Mctavish wants to control the pace but o is squirming around nicely. Mctavish is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Mctavish has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mctavish looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. o wants to hold on but Mctavish pushes him away. Mctavish looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. o avoids a series of strikes thrown by Mctavish.
o wants to control but Mctavish is having none of it. o is looking to get to half guard. o is breathing heavily. Mctavish can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as o is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Mctavish stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Mctavish tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but o swivels and escapes. o throws a wild combination but nothing lands. The fight stays on the outside here - o looks like he's thinking about clinching though. o has his takedown stuffed so Mctavish counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for jk o. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mctavish passes o's left leg - he's now in half guard. Mctavish performing his best blanket impression for a moment. o tries to get to full guard but Mctavish has control of the leg.

Mctavish is thwarting o's attempts to control the position. o is trying to get back to full guard. Mctavish not landing any meaningful shots this time. It looks like Mctavish is going to stand back up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. o lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. o scores with a takedown into Mctavish's guard. Mctavish is pulling down on o's head to control his posture. Mctavish looking to control.
o wanted to stand there but Mctavish had control of the position. Mctavish wants to sweep here but o controlling him for the moment. Mctavish is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Mctavish is looking to take a break and control but o is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruiser Mctavish dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
o gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Mctavish moves into the clinch. Mctavish stalling in the clinch but o improves position. Mctavish jumps guard but o stands there with Mctavish around his waist. Mctavish gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Mctavish decides to pull guard. o looking to sit in guard and control but Mctavish gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Mctavish has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of o is proving hard to escape from. Mctavish wants to control from the top but o keeps moving. o is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mctavish trying to control but o is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mctavish sitting in guard, not really doing much. Mctavish is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Mctavish postures up and lands a big shot to o's brow.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Mctavish tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. o throws a body punch but Mctavish moves out of range. Mctavish will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. o lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. o avoids a kick to the body.
Mctavish gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and o counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mctavish won't be happy with that. jk o has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruiser Mctavish. Mctavish manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! It looks like Mctavish is going to stand back up.
o knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mctavish on the ground. o is looking to control Mctavish's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can o avoid being mounted? o keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. o trying to control but Mctavish postures up.

"I don't think so" says o as he avoids it easily. o tries for a takedown but Mctavish circles away easily and Mctavish counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. o shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mctavish as he avoids it easily. Mctavish gets off balance looking for a body kick and o counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by o. o wants to control from the top but Mctavish keeps moving. ois looking to pass into half guard but Mctavish pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Mctavish is in guard. o wants to control but Mctavish passes easily into half guard.
o wants to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. o is trying to stand up here but Mctavish is controlling him well. o looking for submissions from an awkward position here. o is in trouble now - Mctavish has advanced to mount! Mctavish lands with some strikes. Mctavish tries to control but o wriggling away. o is wriggling around trying to escape.

jk o dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
o throws a leg kick and Mctavish counters with a body kick that stops o in his tracks momentarily. Mctavish throws a right hand that o ducks under and follows up with a left that o also avoids with ease. jk o is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Mctavish shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts o as he jumps to the side. o fails with a takedown attempt. Mctavish clinches up with o and pushes him back against the cage. o manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Mctavish pulls guard effortlessly. o slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Mctavish looking for a sweep. Not yet Mctavish, not yet. Mctavish keeping moving, preventing o from controlling successfully.

Mctavish looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. o with a flurry of punches that miss. o won't allow Mctavish to sweep him here. o has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Both fighters are breathing heavily. o trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. o avoids the head kick by Mctavish.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mctavish looks like he's thinking about clinching though. o scores with a takedown into Mctavish's guard. Mctavish not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round. o stands up and waves to Mctavish to follow him. o misses with a takedown and Mctavish counters with a takedown into side control. Mctavish tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Mctavish tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Mctavish landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Mctavish has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! o scores with a nice head shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mctavish takes the fight into the clinch. Mctavish tries to score a body lock takedown but o shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Mctavish tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. o smiles and moves away.
jk o has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruiser Mctavish. Excellent takedown into side control there by o. Mctavish is looking for a sweep. o decides to stand back up. o steps back and let's Mctavish get back to his feet. o shoots and misses and Mctavish counters with a takedown into side control. o can't do much from the bottom here. Mctavish wants to stand but o is controlling his arm.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Mctavish tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. o is trying to get back to half guard. o sneaks back into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Mctavish in particular looking to stall. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mctavish seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mctavish passes to full mount! Mctavish wants to control the pace but o is squirming around nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Bruiser Mctavish comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mctavish has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
