The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
King tries for a takedown but Hosmer manages to get underhooks.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hosmer creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Hosmer's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

King tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hosmer just stands there and leans against the cage.

Hosmer breaks from the clinch.
Hosmer looks to throw the jab but King is out of range.
King takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Evan King has been cut.

King clinches up with Hosmer and pushes him back against the cage.

Hosmer throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh King colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Hosmer as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and King is left battered and dazed whilst Hosmer and his camp cheer!
