Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gareth Sadel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Krzysztof Endan! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sadel is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Endan's half guard. Sadel stalling. Sadel stands up from half guard. Sadel shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Endan as he jumps to the side. Endan has managed to clinch.

It's official - Endan has eaten all the pies! Sadel pulls Endan in close to prevent any damage. Endan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Sadel holds on and takes a little breather. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Sadel manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Sadel seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Good exchange - Sadel coming out on top. Sadel closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Sadel happy to just control the position for now. Sadel decides to stand back up. Sadel steps back and let's Endan get back to his feet. Sadel throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sadel changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Endan tries to avoid it but Sadel manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Endan to the ground. Endan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gareth Sadel. That's going to take a lot out of him. Endan misses with an attempted mid kick.
Krzysztof Endan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The fight moves into the clinch position. Endan throws an elbow but it's blocked.
And that's the end of the fight! Gareth Sadel showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sadel, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
