Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Victor Conroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Yuen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Victor Conroy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Sean Yuen! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conroy shoots for a takedown but Yuen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Conroy blocks a jab. Conroy shoots for a double leg takedown but Yuen sprawls well. He's pushed Conroy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Victor Conroy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Yuen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Conroy was well out of range. Poor timing from Yuen. Conroy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Yuen dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Sean Yuen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Conroy closes the distance and clinches up with Yuen, looking for a takedown. Conroy pushes Yuen against the cage but Yuen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A big left from Yuen misses. Conroy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Yuen manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Yuen trying to control the position here. Conroy trying to control but Yuen is working from the bottom. Conroy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yuen swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yuen seems keen to control Conroy's posture.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Yuen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Yuen wants it to stay on the feet. Conroy takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Conroy fails with a takedown attempt. Conroy on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Jab, jab by Yuen - just one landing. Conroy misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Yuen throws a body punch but Conroy moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yuen connects with a crisp jab. Yuen misses the shot to the body. Conroy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Yuen finds it's way round the side to connect with Conroy's head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Conroy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yuen sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Conroy somewhat. Yuen digs a good body shot into Conroy's ribs. Conroy is breathing heavily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Conroy is defended easily by Yuen. Conroy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Yuen as he jumps to the side. Nice body kick there by Yuen. Conroy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yuen lands with an overhand left. Yuen cracks Conroy with a right hand to the side of the head. Yuen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Yuen manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Yuen lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Yuen presses Conroy against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Yuen prevents a body shot from Conroy. Yuen working some nice short punches in the clinch. Yuen makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Conroy has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Yuen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A bit of stalling here from Yuen.
Conroy tries to score a body lock takedown but Yuen shows good agility there to stay on his feet. A right hook to the body lands for Yuen.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Good body shot from Yuen.
Conroy tries to pull guard but Yuen holds him up against the cage and eventually Conroy drops back down to his feet.

Yuen working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Yuen has Conroy pushed against the cage. Yuen presses Conroy against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Yuen scores with a hook to the body. Yuen taking a breather. Yuen receives a warning from the referee for stalling. Yuen blocks the elbow strike.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Yuen displaying some good clinch control by pressing Conroy up against the cage. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Sean Yuen. Yuen gets in close and instigates a clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sean Yuen dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Yuen scores with the left hand. Conroy knows he should have avoided that one. Yuen has taken the fight to the clinch.
Yuen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Yuen thuds a left hand into Conroy's body. Conroy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Conroy ducks right into an uppercut from Yuen. Yuen gets a clinch. Yuen's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Conroy goes for a takedown attempt but Yuen pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

That's one minute gone in the round. Yuen sizes up Conroy with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Yuen misses with a body shot.
Yuen dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Conroy is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Conroy walks into a jab. Yuen gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Conroy manages to pull guard.
Yuen trying to control the position from guard on top but Conroy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Yuen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Yuen is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Conroy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Yuen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Yuen passes into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Yuen with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Yuen works his way into side control. Yuen in side control, throwing shots but Conroy defends. Yuen wants to control but Conroy is keeping him busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yuen lands some shots froms side control. Yuen passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Conroy! Yuen prevents Conroy from getting the reversal. Yuen looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Yuen controlling the pace for now. Yuen is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Conroy can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Conroy is in a horrible position here. Yuen smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Conroy is squirming around, avoiding Yuen's attempts to control the action. Conroy is in all sorts of trouble here.
Conroy is working hard here to advance position. Yuen raining down shots from the mount! Conroy is desperately trying to improve his position but Yuen has a good base and remains in mount. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Yuen is working for a guillotine from mount but Conroy frees his head quite easily.
Conroy tries to hold on but Yuen postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sean Yuen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Conroy shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Conroy showed some decent athleticism there. Yuen trying to hold on to Conroy's head to control him but Conroy postures up.
Conroy scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Conroy wants to control but Yuen is keeping him busy. Yuen tries to roll over but Conroy keeps him under control. Conroy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Yuen is just riding it out for now. Conroy eventually gives up the hold. Conroy thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yuen wants to get back to full guard. Yuen has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Conroy is trying to control. Yuen wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Conroy looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Yuen is looking to control Conroy's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Yuen avoid being mounted? Sean Yuen has got the better of the ground game so far. Conroy moves nicely into side control. Yuen prevents Conroy from moving into mount. Yuen can't do much from the bottom here. What's Yuen going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Conroy in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Conroy working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Yuen can't do much from the bottom here. Conroy in the domination position with Yuen hanging on. Conroy is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Yuen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Both fighters are breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action! Yuen stuck in half guard on the bottom here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Conroy working away. Yuen is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Conroy off and has taken his back! Conroy trying to control the action but Yuen just sinks the hooks in. Conroy can't escape the position.
Good control from Yuen. Yuen is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Conroy is defending well though. Yuen let's go of the attempt for now. Yuen trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Conroy is trapped and Yuen is scoring with shots to the head and body. Conroy covers up after that shot from Yuen.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Conroy just trying to survive but Yuen is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Conroy is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Victor Conroy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sean Yuen is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Yuen throwing damaging strikes from the back! Conroy could be in trouble here!
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Sean Yuen. Well Yuen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
