Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Little Nog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don The Fist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Little Nog! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Don The Fist! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Anthony Taglia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nog swings away with a body shot that misses
and The Fist counters with a low kick, right behind Nog 's knee. The Fist instigates a clinch. The Fist scores with a knee to the head.
It looks like Little Nog has been cut. Nog misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Nog taking a breather. Nog can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight. The Fist lands a knee to the body.
The Fist breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The Fist takes the fight into the clinch. Nog has a couple of punches blocked by The Fist.
The Fist's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. A combination from The Fist does no damage. Nog throws a hook but The Fist avoids it easily. The Fist scores with a head kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A head kick misses from The Fist. Nog tries to bum rush The Fist with a series of wild strikes but The Fist uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nog throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nog is breathing heavily. A head kick misses from The Fist. The Fist gets a double leg takedown into Nog's guard. The Fist working some strikes from top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Fist landing with the ground and pound. The Fist missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The Fist scoring with punches to the head and body. The Fist distracts Nog with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The Fist slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Nog had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. The Fist defends it easily. The Fist works over Nog with some ground and pound from guard. The Fist must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The Fist connects with a couple of short punches. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! The Fist avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The Fist lands a couple of digs. The Fist gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The Fist lands a high kick!
The Fist thuds his shin into the meat of Nog's side. The Fist lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. The Fist throws a head kick that misses. The Fist has managed to clinch.
The Fist tries a knee to the head but Nog blocks it.
The Fist breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A slow jab from Nog misses its intended target. Nice body kick there by The Fist. The fight moves into the clinch position. The Fist turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and The Fist manages to end up in side control. The Fist advances to mount. The Fist postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Nog looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Nog can't escape the position.
The Fist lands a nice shot to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Fist prevents Nog from getting the reversal. The Fist scoring with strikes but Nog is staying in there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The Fist landing strikes from the mount.
Nog is rocked! The Fist looking to finish Nog with some ground and pound. This is bad for Nog! Oh Nog is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The Fist postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Nog out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! The Fist goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Don The Fist!
