Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hilton shoots in and gets a takedown into Smith's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Hilton gets to his feet - Smith follows without any prompting.
Hilton tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hilton throws a head kick but Smith moves out of range.

Smith decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Hilton keeping control of the position.
Smith is keen to just control but Hilton is a slippery customer.
Hilton might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Chadd Smith wasn't active enough on the ground.

Hilton gets a takedown into half guard.

Smith wants to improve his position but Hilton is controlling well.
Smith looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hilton passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Smith!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smith is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hilton cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Smith is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Smith is bucking up trying to escape but Hilton cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Hilton breaks from Smith's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Hilton takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Hilton postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Smith looks a forlorn figure.
Hilton unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Smith wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Hilton celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
