The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pacquiao stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pacquiao wants it to stay on the feet.
Pacquiao keeps the fight on the outside.

Pacquiao throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Carnitine shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pacquiao pinned against the cage. Pacquiao gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Carnitine shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pacquiao sprawls well. Pacquiao wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Carnitine gets slowly back to his feet.
Pacquiao throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Carnitine is breathing heavily.
Carnitine fails with the takedown.
Pacquiao has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Carnitine shoots in looking for a takedown. Pacquiao tries to sprawl out of it but Carnitine keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pacquiao manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pacquiao scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Carnitine has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Carnitine there as he acknowledges the shot.
The crowd cheers as Pacquiao lands an impressive looking overhand right. Carnitine doesn't seem phased though.

Carnitine closes the distance and clinches up with Pacquiao, looking for a takedown. Carnitine pushes Pacquiao against the cage but Pacquiao circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Carnitine looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pacquiao is fending him off so far but Carnitine persists. Nope, Pacquiao circles away and we're back to standing.
Pacquiao thuds his right hand into Carnitine's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Carnitine.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Thomas Pacquiao is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Pacquiao cracks Carnitine with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Pacquiao connects with a body shot that sends Carnitine's belly button to the back.
Pacquiao throws a good cross that connects.
Pacquiao lands with an uppercut that bounces Carnitine off the cage and back into rage.

Carnitine takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Oh Carnitine is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Pacquiao drops Carnitine with a big left hand! Carnitine is injured, injured bad! Pacquiao jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
