Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, JJ Kamahawe Ole! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mitch Miles! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kamahawe Ole moves out of range of the body kick from Miles.
Miles dives in and scores a takedown into Kamahawe Ole's guard. Kamahawe Ole avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Miles thows a big elbow that misses. Kamahawe Ole is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Miles missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kamahawe Ole is trying to control the position but Miles postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miles controlling from the top position. Miles postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Miles preventing the sweep. Miles loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. No luck for Kamahawe Ole with that takedown attempt. Miles has closed the distance and engaged Kamahawe Ole in a clinch.

The fighters are battling for position here. Kamahawe Ole manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Kamahawe Ole avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kamahawe Ole wants to improve his position but Miles is controlling well.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Kamahawe Ole enables Miles to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kamahawe Ole manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Miles postures up.

Miles throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kamahawe Ole works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Miles is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Miles working the head and body with strikes. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kamahawe Ole controls Miles momentarily but Miles frees himself. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Miles wants to control from the top but Kamahawe Ole keeps moving. Kamahawe Ole keeping full guard, as Miles tries to pass.
The ref stands the fighters back up. JJ Kamahawe Ole wasn't doing enough on the ground. Kamahawe Ole looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Miles has taken the fight to the clinch.

It looks like JJ Kamahawe Ole has been cut. Miles gets underhooks to prevent Kamahawe Ole's takedown attempt.

Miles has clasped his hands together around Kamahawe Ole's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Kamahawe Ole takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

The strikes coming from Miles are missing the target in this wave of attacks. You can see the frustration on Kamahawe Ole's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Miles connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kamahawe Ole some visible discomfort.

Miles grinds an elbow into Kamahawe Ole's temple. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Miles looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Kamahawe Ole is avoiding damage well.

And that's the end of the fight! Mitch Miles comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Miles has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
