The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Alexandre Firmino and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hollo throws a series of strikes that have Bird backpedaling.
Hollo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hollo working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Hollo controls the position.
Hollo misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Bird is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Hollo is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Bird's shoulder. That is not cool.
Hollo has an Americana. Bird didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Hollo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hollo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
