The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orton shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Orton showed some decent athleticism there.
Orton has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Vendo works to full guard.
Orton looking to improve position, pressing down on Vendo's thigh with his hand. Vendo seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Orton paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Orton's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Vendo picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
