Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Martin Bryant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Denton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Martin Bryant!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paul Denton!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Luis Engracia and Daniel Cesar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Denton.
Bryant moves out of range as Denton throws a body kick.
Denton throws a low kick but Bryant moves out of range easily.
Denton throws a leg kick but Bryant checks it.
Denton tries a low kick but Bryant avoids it.
Denton throws a push kick but Bryant slaps the foot to one side.
Bryant misses the jab.
Denton takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Denton attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Good work by Denton as he checks the leg kick.
Denton throws a leg kick but Bryant moved away.

Denton gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Denton is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bryant is aware though and is defending well.
Denton keeping moving, preventing Bryant from controlling successfully.

Denton looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Denton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bryant gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Bryant engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Bryant lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Denton is on top in guard.
Bryant looking for a sweep. Not yet Bryant, not yet.
Bryant can't keep his opponent in guard - Denton advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Denton winds up and cracks Bryant with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Denton seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bryant does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Bryant keeping hold of Denton's head, controlling as best he can.
Denton has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Denton wants to take Bryant's back here but Bryant is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Bryant is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Bryant is working hard here to advance position.

Denton is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bryant to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bryant shrugs it off.

Denton moves to the back.
Bryant turns into Denton and is now in his guard.
Bryant preventing the sweep.
Bryant landing some decent shots from guard.
Denton controls Bryant momentarily but Bryant frees himself.
Bryant sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Denton's guard.
Bryant throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Bryant is working for a kimura but Denton is defending it quite comfortably.
Denton is looking to control Bryant's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Denton avoid being mounted?

Bryant missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Bryant trying to control from half guard but Denton is working away.

Bryant is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Denton has managed to free his arm - good work.
Denton manages to get to full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Denton throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Paul Denton will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Bryant misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Denton.
Denton connects with an inside leg kick.
Denton tries to land a leg kick but Bryant saw it coming and moves away.
Denton misses with a body kick.
Denton pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bryant is out of range and Denton settles back down.
Denton closes the distance and clinches up with Bryant, looking for a takedown. Denton pushes Bryant against the cage but Bryant circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Denton pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Bryant instigates a clinch.

Bryant turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bryant manages to end up in side control.
Denton is not content to let Bryant control the position.
Martin Bryant overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Bryant has hold of Denton's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Denton tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bryant cranks the arm and Denton screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Denton, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
